 AVOCA As it has been since the beginning of time, the world relies on balance. The most important of which to Avoca is the balance between Moon and Sun. Ever since the beginning of this land, night and day have struggled for dominance. The days grow long during the warmer months just as the nights stretch through the winter. A bitter rivalry has always existed between Barak, the Sun God, and Isra, the Goddess of the Moon. They are as natural of enemies as the hound is to a fox. The beings of Avoca are split between beliefs. Each praise either the God, or the Goddess. They choose either day, or night. Thusly, two nations have been formed. The children of the moon make their home to the west, in the lands of Rajni. To the east are the followers of the sun, in the great nation of Bhaskar. In a time of tentative peace will you be the one to cause an uprising? Or will you devote yourself to supporting the truce between the two nations? Many positions are open to those who are willing to audition, and plots are sure to be bountiful in this world of deep religion and ritual.
