Please read to the end!! the following is of great importance to all horse RPGs.

I am alerting all horse RPG sites that my site (Wild Equines) is affiliated with about a person by the name of tfemagnus. This person joined WE and proposed that WE be moved over to their board and under their board, Coloholics Anonymous). Now, they way they said it sounded suspicious and so I talked to my staff about it. They advised me not to take the offer because of the way it sounded and even if it sounded like a good deal the person was quite rude. Part of being affiliates is to watch each others back and so I am posting this on all of the horse sites WE is affiliated with. If you hear from tfemagnus I advise you not to take the offer. IThis is part of the PM s/he sent me:

I'd like to offer you a proposition, come by Coloholics and host Wild Equines as an RP project over there. We've got more than a thousand members and we're growing daily, you'd have a friendly community and plenty of people to help take this equine RP to the level beyond the unfair death it'll receive here.
You'll retain all moderation powers and your position as boss of the RP of course, and all your members and any applicable staff can come along.
The thing is, while Coloholics may be massive and growing, we still have an open spot for a equine RP and I want that to be you. I want to turn this into the largest equine RP on the net, and it's well within my ability.

Now, allow me to point something out that tfe said.

One of my staff members read in between the lines and assumed that tfe meant that we would retain our moderation powers yet we would not be in charge because the site would be under them. Now here is part of another PM s/he sent to me:

I'm proposing WE moves and becomes a part of Coloholics, if you eventually agreed I'd make a test forum there as a frame and we'd work out how it'd go down aesthetically and subforum-wise, but it's all easily doable. We have many RPs there on the scale or beyond the scale of WE.
That's also why malicious intent wouldn't work in this scenario, because I'd be making a test forum for WE there, not actually taking Admin control of your site and doing fishy things. It's a move from this WE to the WE we make there (which would essentially be identical, but my point is that I'm not actually handling your site, so I wouldn't be able to do anything to it).

So what exactly does that mean? That we would be under them, a sub-forum under their leadership. Now, for one I worked hard on WE and I was not going to allow it to be taken over by this tfemagnus person, even if s/he claimed thats not what they were trying to do. Now, this is what tfe said when I Pmed him/her back letting him/her know we had decided to turn down the "friendly offer"

The fact that you took it as rudeness shows your own insecurity. I don't mean to insult, I'm just a person with massive RP and board experience and I was being a realist.
No matter what, WE will die, it's doomed in its present state. That doesn't necessarily remark on you or your RP, it's simply a fact based on your activity, members, and the average lifespan of proboards RPs, and my own experience.

No duh. Every site dies, its inevitable. But most are lucky to make it to 3 months and still remain active, WE will be one year in about two or three months and its just as active as it was when it was nearing one month, which was very active. Now, WE has over 200 members and gained more than half of them within its first three months which most sites are lucky to ever manage.

Anyway, none of this was really meant to be insulting or taken personally, the very fact that you take it as that reveals the truth in my realism, subconsciously you must realize it so you feel aggression towards my points.
It's your call, and I respect that, but WE will be dead in no time at all despite its quality, and I'm just off to find another Equine RP that cares about its site and I'll turn that into the biggest Equine RP on the net (probably dooming your site even more).

So if you hear from tfemagnus, please do not accept their offer. Not only is this probably not legit but they are very rude and would you really want your board under another board with such rude staff and such a bad atmosphere as that? Keep what I said in mind. No matter how good the offer sounds, do not take it. I have dealt with people like this before trying to scam me, my site, and its members. Enough to know to be careful and watch out when it comes to things like this. Thank you for your time. Please spread the word to other horse RPGs. Something about tfe's litter offer doesn't sound or feel right.
